Not gonna lie, trying to shop on huina-toys.com was annoying. The pages were loading slow, a few buttons didn’t seem to work right, and the checkout process felt confusing. I had to refresh the page multiple times just to get my cart to show up. Maybe other people have a smoother experience, but for me it was frustrating enough that I ended up giving up.

I was in a bit of a rush when I ordered, so I was half expecting I might’ve messed something up, but the correct item showed up. No complaints from me.

I bought one of the excavators and, to be fair, it looked fun at first. My kid was excited about it and it seemed fine right out of the box.

After just a few normal indoor play sessions, though, the arm started getting loose and one of the tracks kept slipping off. It wasn’t being used roughly or anything, just regular playing around the house.

For the price, I expected it to last longer. To be fair, it may be okay for very light use, but once it actually gets played with, it feels kind of cheap. I probably wouldn’t buy it again

Customer service took forever to get back to me, and when they finally did, it wasn’t much help. I kept having to repeat the same question over and over and still never got a clear answer. By the end, I felt mentally drained and like they were just trying to get rid of me. Not a great experience.

I waited weeks for this to show up, which was super fun because apparently patience is my new full-time job. Definitely not happy with how long the shipping took

Maybe I was expecting too much, or maybe I just didn’t read the details closely enough, but this felt cheap for the price. I don’t mind paying more when something feels well-made, but this just didn’t seem worth the money to me

The after-sales help was painfully slow. They took ages to get back to me, and when they finally did, it wasn’t much use at all. Useless, to be honest.

I bought this Huina toy thinking it would be decent, but it was a letdown pretty much right away.
The plastic feels really cheap, a few pieces didn’t line up properly, and after barely using it, it already started feeling loose. It looked way better in the pictures than it did once I actually had it in my hands.

For the price, I expected something that would at least hold up for a while. Give me a break — this just felt flimsy and not worth it. I wouldn’t buy from here again

I’ve been using this remote for bit now and it works really good. It reacts fast, and range is better than I expected. I haven’t noticed any lag at all, so overall I’m happy with it.

I found what I needed so fast it was kind of unreal. This site is absolutely, without a doubt, one of the easiest I’ve ever used.

The battery life is good overall and gets me through fine, but I do get a little impatient waiting for it to charge. I really wish it powered up faster.

I bought this for my 6-year-old, and in my opinion it was just too hard for him to use on his own. The controls felt like they were made more for older kids or even adults. It seems like a nice toy overall, but I wish the age range had been a little clearer. My son got frustrated with it quickly.

I needed a few replacement parts for my Huina excavator and was able to find them on the site really quickly. I’m particular about keeping my stuff working properly instead of just replacing it, so it was nice not having to buy a whole new toy. The order arrived without any issues, and overall I’m really happy with the experience.

The toy itself was fine, so at least there’s that. But the box showed up dented with the corners all crushed, and there was barely any padding inside. For what it costs, I kind of assumed it would be packed with a little more care, but apparently that was asking too much

My kid really likes this excavator, and it does look close to the real thing. A few of the plastic pieces feel a little cheap, so it’s not perfect, but overall it’s been fun to play with. Shipping was fine too
